Shipping policy

• BELAGANI offers free delivery in The Netherlands above 75 €, EU 200 €, North America 350 € and the rest of the world 400€. The shipping cost of your order will be calculated at the checkout.

Important information

• Orders are shipped the following day except on Friday. It will be shipped the following Monday. Occasionally, during peak seasonal time the shipment process can be delayed.
• All orders require a signature upon delivery
• Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers when the order is ready to be shipped. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper.

• BELAGANI insures each purchase during the transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a different recipient than yourself for the delivery, you also accept that a signature by the third party is a sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by BELAGANI.
• Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs duties and taxes imposed by your country.
